Disconnecting or revoking access

How to fully disconnect Nyuchi MCP for YNAB from your YNAB account.

Written by Bryan Fawcett

How you disconnect depends on how you connected.

If you signed in with YNAB (OAuth)

Go to your YNAB account security settings and revoke access there. This immediately cuts off this service's access — nothing further to do on the Nyuchi MCP for YNAB side.

If you used a personal access token

Delete the token from YNAB's Developer Settings. Once deleted, any request using it fails immediately.

Either way, on your client

Remove the connector/MCP server entry from Claude, ChatGPT, or whichever client you added it to, so it stops being offered as a tool.

Deleting cached data

Revoking access makes any cached data this service holds useless immediately, but if you'd like it actively deleted, email [email protected] — see the Privacy Policy for details.
